Reservation Conditions
In order to guarantee your reservation, a bank pre-authorisation may be made from the date of booking until the date of check-in. This will correspond to the amount of your first night at the establishment.
The security deposit will be fully refunded to you, if no damage has been found by the establishment at the time of departure.
Any reservation of 4 rooms or more may result in special conditions and additional fees.
Secure Transaction
Our website uses some of the most advanced internet security technologies available today. All stages of booking are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a reference in the field. Your information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and data stream encryption.
The security certificate used is issued by the accredited third party company USERTrust RSA Certification Authority and used by the D-EDGE booking system. You can verify the validity of the certificate.
In addition, the reservation system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls, and other advanced technologies to prevent interference and thwart any intrusion.
Cancellation or modification of service reservation
For Accommodation Services (room reservations within an establishment or other types of accommodations), it is reminded to the Customer that the right to retract provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code does not apply, in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code which excludes this right for contracts involving accommodation services to be provided on a specified date or period.
The Specific Conditions for each Service reservation specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
Reservations with prepayment cannot be modified and/or cancelled. The down payments (the amounts paid in advance) will not be refunded. In this case, this is mentioned in the Specific Conditions.
When the Specific Conditions allow it:
- the modification or cancellation of a Service reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions displayed on your screen;
- the modification or cancellation of a Service reservation can be made directly on the Site through the “Modify or cancel a reservation” section;
- the modification or cancellation of a Service reservation can be done directly with the establishment, whose contact details, including telephone numbers, are specified in the reservation confirmation sent by email.
In the event of interruption of a Service by the Client, the entire agreed price will be collected. In the case of reservations with prepayment before the stay, no refund will be granted.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause of the cancellation has occurred.
Cancellation fees
Cancellation fees are not refundable in case of selecting a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate. For all other offers, please refer to the conditions presented in the booking engine. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged and not refundable.
In case of cancellation, if you have paid online all or part of the booking, this amount will be refunded to you after deducting the cancellation fees (exception of non-cancellable non-refundable offers).
Taxes
The rates are displayed VAT inclusive. The city tax, government or local taxes may be requested in addition.
Check-in / Check-out time
Your room or apartment will be available at reception from the time indicated below.
On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment no later than the time indicated below. The billing of an additional night may result from not respecting this check-out time limit.
It is recommended to use the “Comments or additional information” box of the booking form to advise of your estimated time of arrival, especially if it is late.

Consumer Mediator
The Client is informed by The Atelier Montparnasse Hotel of the possibility to resort, in case of contention concerning the present General Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution mode, under the conditions provided in Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code.
If, after contacting the management of The Atelier Montparnasse Hotel, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, you may contact the mediator at the address below

Law applicable to dispute resolution
The General Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to the possible application of mandatory protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence.
Telephone marketing opt-out list
In accordance with article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code, a consumer who does not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone can register free of charge on a telephone solicitation opt-out list. This list can be accessed via the following website:
